One of my new customers waxed their own car and waxed black plastic trim.

What is the process to remove this?

I have used alot of products to get the wax off black trim. From alcohol,to the Magic eraser. I just started buying better wax, like Souveran, problem solved.

Peanut butter will take it off. Cheap and no chemicals needed.

I was told using Souveran Paste can even remove old wax on plastic, I just use peanut butter personally.

Do you need to leave the PB on for any length of time? Or is it wipe on wipe off?

Peanut butter sounds strange but works, I speak from experience

I have never tried PB, but heard numerous times how well it works.

No offense Jimmie, but the DG Wax Remover will not work if it has already dried on there. It will just mask it for about 15 minutes.

I recently used wheel cleaner, and it worked great for me, but then I got chewed out on here for it. So I wont recommend that this time :)
