Best is very subjective.

It really comes down to what you want. You will get 300 different answers.

I like BFWD for darker colors and Collinite 845 on lighter colors.

I have pinacal sauverign liquid at the moment and a ton of turtle/mothers but looking for something to make it pop ... Mothers is good for long lasting beeding I find of the two paste/puck waxed

Asking whats the "best" wax for shine is like asking whats the best motor oil for protection. There are too many variables...

You should be asking yourself "how can I maximize the shine on my paint" and thats by polishing out all imperfections. 90% prep work, 10% wax or sealant.

My steps are wash , detar with varsole , clay then glaze , sealent under wax

My personal vote would be Colli #845. Very durable, has a nice pop, and is easy to use when applied thin and properly.

At the dealership we use gap auto ... They plant they make all the product is a 2 hour drive Drôme they dealer and my rep is my old neighbor ..... The stuff is not all that good and way over priced imo ... Did force them to get a makita 9227c to replace the simoniz that used and get an extractor .... I'm trying to find a new company to supply the dealership. But can't find a full line up at a reasonable rate.

Shine and gloss are kind of the same thing and shine comes first from a smooth surface and that's from the prep process.

Gloss starts first with a smooth surface...

This is the definition of a high gloss finish!

No really, wasn't trying to be a smart ass. Get Fuzion, it really is the best wax I've ever tried.

I would wax it with the Pinnacle Souveran you have and top it with Dodo Juice Red Mist. One of my favorite products.
