Best wax for black cars?
Best wax in general
Best wax applicator
Hand or machine
Paste or liquid

No problem! I'm sure others will chime in - and welcome to the Geek! Best forum I've ever been invloved with. :xyxthumbs:

So far same you get answers fast and you know it's coming from someone who knows about what they are doing

The wax topic is a rough one around here. It's like politics and religion. It almost shouldn't be talked about. So lets keep it simple.
Fuzion by hand using a Pinnacle yellow applicator.:dblthumb2:

"Best" is subjective and there are many opinions here. I haven't used it but there are some great threads out there with results using BlackIce, like this one by a guy who really knows his stuff:

Done right, hand or machine will get you great results.

Also consider Fusion...hope this helps!

BlackICE is a fantastic wax for dark colored paint. The key to this wax or any show wax or others for that matter is in the prep work. If you don't do the proper prep work or set up the foundation for the wax to look its best then it doesn't matter which wax you use because prep wasn't done right. Make sense.

Now if you get everything done right before you put the wax on then the wax will protect the surface as well as add the gloss and shine.

:iagree: Prep is absolutely key. Smack, every time I look at that thread of yours it makes me drool and want to trade in my 335i for an M3...sheez - stunning results. Anywho, OP post up some pics of your Merc if you can - you'll get lots of great help here!
