Wayne Carini and the F40.com Shop - Memory Card Explosion

Yes it is ..we changed a few things on it ..i believe when the episode aired the lincoln had a white top and the tires were white walls ..the ex owner was a stickler and was hesitant to let it go especially after Wayne told him he was going to change things on it ..it was quite funny to watch ... if you watch the episode again youll see Wayne moving REAL fast to get the Lincoln in the trailer and split ... It looked like the guy was about have second thoughts .. lol

I watched this episode and you're right, Wayne started telling the owner the changes he was going to make and you could tell the owner didn't like hearing Wayne's idea.

Happy to say Wayne's ideas were great as when I was there the word that describes the changes and the car is

Impressive.

I saw that episode recently and that guy did not want the car changed. But I agree Mike, Wayne's changes make it look even better.

I was lucky enough to speak to Wayne several times during DF this year, and he is very friendly and enjoyable to talk too.

I agree, he's a car guy's car guy. No matter what car or car topic I bring up he can bring so much interesting information on the topic to the table. Marius has an awesome job as do the rest of the guys at Wayne's shop. Cool cars... cool employer.

That's a DB6.

Thanks clarifying the year. I always get my DB's mixed up when it comes to the vintage models.

I really enjoy Wayne's show. It seems that his shop is a true Aladdin's cave...

That's a very good and descriptive term. When I walk through any of his shops there are always so many different cars in various degrees of either coming apart or going together and they all look like fun to me to work on as I like turning wrenches on special interest vehicles.

funny you should mention this car ..im actually going to paint it tomorrow ... ill have some pics up later on in the day ...ive been prepping it for paint the last two days so im hoping it will turn out really nice but i am concerned because it is silver and this particular color is hard to paint as pretty much all silver colors are ... but im hoping for the best..
