Website Frustration - Any Gurus here?!?!

Just spent the past hour uploading pics to the website - then the website manager crashed before I saved anything Soooo, a hundred pics later I have nothing! Any better programs or ways of going about it other than homestead?!?!? Please remember that I am a newbie at websites and don't know the "foreign" language associated! With that said, Im looking for a bigger, better, faster way to do the site...... any suggestions?!?!? Thanks in advance!

Does your host allow for FTP connections? Most do. Hit me up on PM and lets see if we cant sort you out if akj is too busy. I do web consulting on the side, I understand your frustration.
