Weekend Surprise Giveaway

First off, I want to really thank Meghan, Dwayne and the rest of the AG crew for the surprise giveaway. I couldn't wait to get home from work to see what was in the bag.

Thank you, Thank you for a great giveaway and a great surprise gift, I really appreciate what you put together Meghan. Everything AG does is so great.

Sorry for the lousy iPhone photos, wife likes to put the P&S in a different spot every day.

Here goes:

Inside the box was two shrink wrapped bags with Meguiars Logo's on them, two paper bags and two Hydro Tech Pads

1 Cyan Hydro Tech and 1 Tangerine Hydro Tech. Can never have enough pads!!

In one paper bag - samples of all my favorites. Poorboys sealant, Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover and Finishing Glaze, Finish Kare 425 and 303 protectant.

In the other paper bag - a Meguairs hat, black microfiber towel and cobra miracle towel. Nice black hat with a red stripe around the brim.

First Meg's bag was like a briefcase, it has a velcro pouch on the outside and a zipper to open the case with mesh interiors. would be real nice to hold in some bottles of polish/wax/etc

Last Meg's bag packed up very nicely with clips but expands to a trunk organizer. Really nice for the car!

You lucky S O B. Looks like there's some very handy stuff in there. That bag and oranozer would be sweet. I really want to give the hydro-techs a try. Nice snag!

Don't wait on trying the pads, they are fantastic. I am looking forward to using the bag and organizer.
 
I am thoroughly jealous! Congrats once again, that's a great surprise package they set you up with! I could really use that organizer!! :dblthumb2:

I'm jealous too but I think it's awesome that AG put together a great giveaway and takes care of their customers, I've never seen this on any other website.

Jon it's hard to send you stuff, especially when I look through your order history and you have tried out so many of our products. But I knew I had a few things that are not for sale so you could at least be surprised by those, not to mention someone told me you wanted to try out those pads! Enjoy, we really appreciate your participation in this forum.

Enjoy! Aren't ya glad I kept it a secret? Didn't want to take that moment away when you first saw the box and tore into it. We need pics of that next time!

Do you think I have a problem when Meghan looks at my order history and it's hard to find something new? :hungry:

Don't tell my wife but I think CEE DOG has me convinced to try the ultima lineup and that new spray compound is looking tasty too!

Thanks again for the items not for sale. Thanks to Dwayne and Meghan for keeping it secret, it made it much better!
 
I've also been interested in trying out the Hydrotech pads. If my memory is correct, they come in Cyan, Tangerine and a third colour. Would the Cyan be equal to LC's Orange light cutting pad, the Tangerine equal to the White polishing, and the third colour a finishing pad like LC's Gray?

I don't know what your day job is, but that Meg's briefcase bag looks like it would be great for a laptop bag and paperwork when not using it for detailing supplies.

You are right in the ballpark with the colors, although I think the ht's finish down better. The crimson pad works great as a finish pad too. Give them a try, they are my go to pad these days.
