Alfa Romeo 147

This is my third Alfa Romeo. Slowly I become a specialist in Alfas and I'm not
sure if I like it ;). Again this car was very difficult in terms of paint correction,
which was very whimsical and clearly did not want to be perfect ;).

Toyota Yaris

The whole weekend we were working on a small Toyota together with its owner.
Very enjoyable two days and I think we were able to divide responsibilities well
during all the steps that are needed to professionally refresh the car. Yaris stood
a long time outdoors not used, and all crevices and nooks have accumulated
a lot of heavy grime.

26-27 October 2013:

Eight years old Audi A6 Avant came to Auto Spa in order to make the best as possible refreshment and protection for the winter. After a brief conversation with the owner, it turned out that he is more interested in restoring the interior of the car.

7-8 December 2013: Porsche Carrera S

On a beautiful December weekend we worked together with Colin on a real sport car.
Initial state was very good for an eight years old car, but we were able to significantly improve the appearance of the car.

14-15 December 2013: BMW 320d Cabrio

The last "working weekend" of 2013, together with Colin,
we refreshed and secured for the winter a beautiful BMW Coupe.

Auto Detailing Spa Enthusiasts Club fleet has grown a little bit ;) Both cars (+ Audi A7 and Honda Jazz) will be a showcase of AS and will serve to test different products, etc.

Hi

I just moved from Belgium to the US (VA, Fairfax County, McLean) and I'm going to reactivate here (on small scale!) my Auto Spa Detailing Enthusiasts Club.
I plan to work on my driveway and in my garage - not too big, but it easily fits two big cars (big Santa Fe and Challenger). Unfortunately, here will be no big warehouse which I had in Belgium.

Can I wash (and I mean not a rinseless wash but normal wash with soap, Iron-X (or similar), tar&glue remover, etc.) cars here in my own driveway?
I tried to look on Fairfax County web page but explanation posted there are not very clear for me.

Thanks in advance for an answer.
 
Looking at fairfax county regulations you can wash your own vehicle. If it is a business, fundraiser etc.. you have to comply with collection of the water. It cannot enter storm drains.

The Stormwater Management Ordinance (Chapter 124, Article 9 of the
county code, effective July 1, 2014), prohibits untreated and unpermitted vehicle wash water from entering the storm
drainage system or streams.
You probably will need permits and inspections for anything other than your own vehicle.

Hey Piotr, I haven't seen you around much. Saw this pop up and wanted to just say that I went over to Brugge & Brussels this weekend. Had a great time! I made sure that I had enough Belgium waffles, truffles, and beer.

Anyhow, best of luck in the states!
