Well I've managed to @#*% up again!

better shot. Note the minty flavour of the wheel before blemish. Why?

minty flavored wheels? did you lick them? LOL i do see a slight yellowing which can happen to wheels over time, im betting you polish the whole wheel with ultimate compound and ultimate polish or m105/205 they will be near perfect...

well thank you, I dabble...but I'm too much of $#@##$^%@$ and eventually ruin everthing I touch. Again, thank you ;)

You shouldn't think that way of yourself. It's very bad for ones self esteem :)

Here you go... I put your picture in your gallery here on AGO, it's so much nicer to look at a picture that's inserted instead of attached and it's actually easy to teach yourself how to do it...

M105 or UC by hand and put a little passion behind the pad...

Put a little passion behind the pad

:)

Lesson learned. Use some Anti-seize where the rim and rotor/drum meet and you won't have to kick them off next season.

thanks everyone. I'm certain this is the last dumb thing I'll ever do.

I'm the one laughing!
I can't express how good it feels to have a hobby where correction is the objective. Perfect for me!
The wheels came out great. I used Megs uc by hand. The stuff worked so well that towards the end I was actually getting lazy, thinking "meh, I can get those smaller scratches tomorrow."

It pays to be a member of this forum! Thanks for laughs and especially the expert advice
