Well this is friggen great

+1 the other Neverending stories sucked. The only movie that scared me to death when I was young was my avatar "IT" Penny wise had me crapping my pants and I loved it lol although one of the worse ending I have seen till this day. "Beep Beep Richie"
 
Well looks like we got the issue cleared up, we have an exception for the area and actually the mark "B" for business zone but its so tiny on the zoning ordinances you can barely see it when zoomed it. So have to go back to City Hall tomorrow and go over everything...blahh, what a pain in the ass...I started looking at other offices thing we were going to have to move.

Yeh god that ending was stupid lol. Chucky scared the sh!t outta me when I was little b/c I had a My Buddy doll that looked exactly like him, had on I think a toy chest laying up and woke up one night it/he was staring right at me from the way I positioned him lol. I screamed bloody murder, mom came running in freaking out LOL.
