Well, I really can't blame them, because they're there to sell the cars, not to babysit and love them. If they would love cars, not just the money they get through selling them, then they'd be in the detailing or car care business, and not in the car sale business. Also, as long as the general audience doesn't have an eye for these things, there's no incentive for the dealership to take care or even prevent issues like this.
