The new Bleach White is lacking some chemical. I found an old bottle on a shelf at a parts store and compared ingredients and they were different. I stopped buy it and now buy a gallon of white wall cleaner from one of the detail trucks that stop at my dealer for 5 bucks. I'm not a chemist so I don't know the name of the stuff that missing. If anyone remembers , the tip of the spray head on the original stuff would have a crusty blue buildup after you sprayed it serveral time and it would dry. The "new" stuff doesn't do that. I think it just stronger APC.
I know of this blue crust you speak of and the last I bought was last year and didn't notice anything different than in the past and I've used this product for a long, long time. Still worked like a charm, but perhaps what I bought was the last of the good stuff. Need to buy some new jugs to check it out...
...but as far as Black Magic owning them and it performing differently...well, I've bought plenty of the 'Black Magic' Bleche White and as I said, haven't noticed it not performing like it always did, but then again maybe I got the last of the good stuff. Our local KOI autoparts still carries it, last I checked about a couple months ago, and our local Meijers store's still carry it as of last week.:dunno:
