Rasky the orange peel isn't too bad, but I have seen some cars that are absolutely horrible. Believe it or not I was at a GM dealership and this fella brought in a new Corvette ZR1 gunmetal color. This car was quite a beauty, but man the orange peel was horrible! The guy stepped out all macho-like saying dont touch my car. Before I even came back with a comment all I said was...nice car, too bad your 125k spent was on a ZR1 with a boat load of orange peel.

He had no clue what orange peel was...

Yeah, I've seen worse peel before on cars, but if I dropped $60k+ on a car with paint like these cars have I wouldn't be very happy. That guy has a ZR1.....so yeah, he's the man in my book. ;)

yeah I agree. It's ridiculous to spend 40k+ on these vehicles and have all the orange peel. To be quite honest, I had no clue what orange peel was until I started getting into painting a little.

It's downright annoying. That mirror finish is awesome!
