Anyone used the WG TSR before?
Im using it right now to remove some scratches, but it seems to dry superly fast... im using a flex 3401.
The dry product is like splattering while the pad moves across.....

Am i going to many laps with my flex?

I've used this product many times.. It has a tendency to dust quickly. I've found that after 2 section passes, I have to spritz with water to reactivate the product to comlete 4 passes. Try pre moistening the pad before you apply the next bit of product.

I've used this product many times.. It has a tendency to dust quickly. I've found that after 2 section passes, I have to spritz with water to reactivate the product to comlete 4 passes. Try pre moistening the pad before you apply the next bit of product.

When starting out with a fresh pad, first prime it with the polish and then apply 2 dime-sized drops and begin polishing. Work on an area no larger than 16" x 16" and perform 5-6 section passes working at a slow arm speed with the polisher set between speeds 5-6. As you work the polish, it will break down and begin to appear translucent. When you have a very thin film of polish left on the paint, that's when it's time to wipe it off. This polish does not need to dry to a haze. Wipe it off as soon as you're finished with a section.

For such an aggressive polish, Wolfgang TSR actually has a very long working time, you just have to use the correct amount of product and make sure you're not working on too large of an area.

To avoid dusting, clean the pad after each panel. You can use a foam pad conditioning brush or the "on the fly" technique with a cotton towel.

Also, after your pad breaks in, (becomes more wet with product), the buffing should get easier, just be sure to clean your pad often.

Why it's important to clean your pads often...

:)

I just used this stuff buff out 2 completely different brands and ages of vehicles and found it gave great result no matter what I did. I tried Memzerna IP first and found it didn't touch the scratches that the TSR got rid of. I found using a little more of it than my first instinct told me to helped keep it from drying. Also working small sections and when starting out with a fresh pad use a spritz or two of detail spray on the front helps. This last step was given to me from someone in this forum and made all the difference in using this product for me.

yea i realize spraying like pad conditioner or some detailer help prevent drying as well....

Man im still doing swirl hunt all over my car =[
is been 3 hours already!!!
