just curious, and wondering if i used it backwards? can it be used over wax without any ill effects on the wax itself? it is off labeled as a super detailer. here is a post asking the same question with my reply included...

all i can say is it looked amazing over 845! i noticed no ill efects. beads like mad. shines like the sun. i guess the proper way would be to....

1. polish or clay if needed
2. apply the WGDGSS. let cure 12 hours. really? is 12 needed?
3. then finally apply your favorite wax

just really curious if it can be used the other way, OVER WAX. Feed back please on this subject.

Nope. Sealants should be applied to a clean surface. Wax can be applied over the top.

I allowed mine to cure for six hours with no side effects but it was a warm day with low humidity.

I use my bottle of Wolfgang Deep Gloss Spritz Sealant just like a spray wax (except this is a spray sealant). After every wash and when I finish drying the vehicle, I apply the Spritz Sealant. On my vehicle currently is Wolfgang Fuzion and I've never had a problem applying the Spritz Sealant. This is just a spray and won't give you the longevity of an actual sealant. Try Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant and maintain it with the Spritz Sealant if you're actually looking to seal your paint. If you want to top the sealant with a wax, go for Collinite 845 because this won't diminish the shine of the Deep Gloss Paint Sealant and will add to the protection. You can still use the Spritz Sealant.
