What’s going on with my tires? (Browning)

Is it possible that it is a by product of the super clean that is being used? Also APC is pretty weak at cleaning tires.

Tuf Shine Tire Cleaner has been the best tire cleaner for me. Perhaps that would work. McKee's Tire Rejuvenator is also pretty good.
