Hey all,

Im looking to buy some new wax applicator pads for myself.
I mostly use Poorboy's Natty's Blue Paste wax with This applicator. (Black side for wax) I also have a tin of Mother's Cleaner Wax that I break out once in a while.

This summer i was working part time at an auto parts store that carried AutoGlym products and i picked up their cool looking 'fitted' pad. It worked pretty well, but is awkwardly shaped to get into the Natty's container.

What is your go to choice for wax?

Lake country red ccs pad can be used with paste or liquid wax

looks like I'm going to go for these.

This is my local store that I got all my supplies from

chemical guys make nice products (most of the time), but as others have said, machine polishing with a red foam will get you awesome results!

I've been using Wolfgang's Polishing Pal with the red applicator.

Wolfgang Polishing Pal, P21S Foam applicator or Gold Jeweling pads. I tend to use the P21S pads more than the others just for the ease of use.

Those Pinnacle soft yellow pads work great for hand applications and either a blue or red foam pad on my Porter Cable 7424 or Flex 3401....:props:

By D/A...Red foam pad.
By Hand...yellow foam applicator

I love Meguiar's products. However, I do not like their yellow foam pad. I have found Groit's 3" DA Buffer with the red wax pad and Meguiars Gold Meguiar's Gold Class Carnauba Liquid Wax. The 3" buffer is nice and light, I can work it around tight areas (door handles, roof columns) and works the wax in much better than I could by hand.
