Hood has been repainted and these are not going anywhere. Hit with MF pad and HCG 400 with my G21, should I throw the washer on and see what happens? Customer knows about them but I want to see if I can get rid of them.

Is it a high spot like sap or etching into the clear? Start with isopropyl alcohol on a rag and see if it breaks it down before going crazy with a buffer.

If you can feel it, try soaking with something like Tar X and gently scrape with a plastic razor knife.

He should have taken it back then. I would still suggest that he takes it back and maybe they (bodyshop) and identify what that might be.
