None of the fun stuff. Haha.
I’ve been following pretty close to “Whole30” diet since Oct 15th. So no grains, dairy, or any sugars or sweeteners. Can’t have most oils either so mostly:
Meats
Veggies
A little Fruit
Nuts
Eggs
Olive Oil
Lard
Ghee (sometimes I have a little butter w my eggs)
Tonight, I was slacking on my grocery shopping so I had:
3 eggs, cooked in 3/4 tsp butter
1 chicken sausage
1/2 avocado
1/2 Apple w Almond Butter
Started eating this way Oct 15th at 223lbs. Weighed in at 184lbs this morning.
Since everyone is posting pics, this isn’t tonight, but is representative of a normal night serving:
Omelet with leftover sweet potatoes, asparagus & whatever meat we had in the fridge... I don’t always do breakfast for dinner haha...it’s just a common “oh crap I don’t have anything prepared” quickie meal.
