Going on Week 3 of a Whole Plant Food Based Diet with Christmas Eve being my only "cheat" day thus far and I'm down 9-10lbs and feel amazing. 188lbs as I sit here. 48 years of the Carnivore Life and I never thought I would enjoy it as much as I do. The wildest part is how much better real foods taste. Having had ZERO artificial sweeteners, ZERO added sugar in my foods or on my foods, etc. I had a peach the other day and it was probably the best tasting and most "peach" tasting one I've had in as long as I can remember. Even the veggy wrap I had this morning not only tasted amazing (red & green peppers, onions, spinach, potatos) seasoned well inside an Ezekiel Wrap but it filled me up. I had an apple for a snack and am now just seeing it's 12:20pm and I'm not hungry yet? WOW!
