After a hell of a week I wanted some Beer & BBQ!

Also had baked potatoes, and cucumber salad. No pics of those, and no plated pics. Started at 4:30am, served at 3pm, and I was a little over served by 3pm also.
Everything was rubbed down with my rub, and finished with my BBQ sauce. Smoked with cherry wood. It was just Heather and I, with her parents, they left very happy with stuff to take home.
Anyone ever want to talk BBQ, PM me lets talk.

Well I had a craving for pizza, wanted something I haven't had in awhile, Detroit Style.
Pepperoni, Onion, Canadian Bacon, and Mushrooms, didn't have any green peppers.

I haven't made many of this style, I was trying something different from my usual dough formula for DS, and sauce as well. Very tasty though, and will continue to experiment. I also need to work on my photo skills, and how to post pics properly to get the photo size right.

Should have taken a side shot, that sucker was 1 1/2" thick, also should have got a shot prior to the mushroom & A1 treatment. Live and learn.
