We have a What are you watching and listening to thread, so why not one about food. Everybody has to eat.

I'm enjoying a cup of maple brown sugar instant oatmeal.

How bout you?

I'm having a slice of LC Hybrid with Souveran spread on it, along with some warm ONR.

Kodiak pancakes protein pancakes, 3 whole eggs and Walden farms zero calorie syrup. Low fat, low sugar, high in whole grain healthy carbs and protein!

That way I don't have to detail any
vehicles today...and still be able to
load-up on some similar Chemicals
often used in detailing products.

Chemicals such as, but not limited to:
TiO2; Palm "Oil"; Phosphates; Glycerine;
Propylene Glycol; Preservatives (various).

Do you remember that guy Durk Pearson who recommended eating BHA and/or BHT to preserve your body? I don't even think they use them anymore.

Bob- followed with a nice serving of Swedish Fish for a dose of Carnauba? (Yes, I stole the idea from someone's signature on here...)

Great thread idea- always looking for food ideas, either quick breakfast or home cooked dinner.

This mornings poor breakfast choice was Holday gas station Chocolate topped old fashioned doughnuts (my weakness). My go-to breakfast during the week lately has been quick oats made with a banana and peanut butter (instead of milk or water), shake of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla. Throw in some chocolate chips or craisins to add a little something else. Actually gets me through to lunch without feeling super hungry.

Lunch is leftovers: stuffed pepper recipe with shredded chicken, corn, red pepper, zucchini, cheese and salsa.

Funny, my wife is Sicilian and if I didn't kick her out of the kitchen once a week, pasta would be all I ate. LOL
