And really I think cost of living is super low in Northeast Ohio compared to alot of the other large popular places to live. That's how it seems when I watch those home buying shows on TV. People are spending 800k for houses that cost 90k in my local area.
 
you might want to look at the average house hold disposable income. because that is where you are targeting your customers wallets.
 
Things are going great for me part time for now, we will see what happens. If I ever go full time the business will have to offer more than just detailing. There is more than enough exotic and high end work floating around. On top of people just wanting to care for cars we have a decent car scene for classics and just hobby cars.
