What BBQ sauce are you using?

I'm actually eating some leftovers now, Garlic Buscuits, Broccoli Casserole, Twice-baked potatoes, Spare Ribs, and sweet tea, MMMMM :hungry:

A little midnight snack? Memorial Day leftovers?
 
Sweet Baby Rays Original, Sweet Baby Rays Hickory & Brown Sugar, KC Masterpiece Original, or a blend of my own stuff. I also make my own rub. For smoke, I usually use Apple, Cherry, or Sugar Maple. I like about 50/50 Apple&Cherry with my ribs. The apple and maple made for pretty damn good pulled pork, but apple straight did too.

For ribs it is hard to beat good old Hickory smoke. For large cuts of beef like prime rib or whole tenderloin, I use apple and or cherry.
