This may be a dumb question, but I've read on here that people wax their wheels? Can you wax any wheel? I have a Honda Accord with alloy wheels. Can I wax these?

Basically anything but trim (exterior wise)

there are some waxes designed specifically for trim and tires

It's beneficial to wax your wheels as this adds a layer of protection to them, many prefer a sealant or hybrid wax as these are generally "tougher" and last longer, some argue that synthetics will withstand higher temperatures, but your actual wheel face does not get too hot as opposed to say your caliper

So yes

This is something I have been curious about since with the trim non-staining waxes these days. When I have applied Meg's UW, on some trim pieces it actually seemed to be beneficial as far as aesthetics wise. Gave it a pretty decent shine. Has anyone been crazy enough to apply one of these non staining waxes on tires?

I either wax or more often use BF Crystal Seal on the alloy wheels on all three of my vehicles.

Thanks for the info. I plan to use Meg's ultimate paste wax.
