What color Rupes pad would work best with an All In One like XMT 360 ?

Here's my reply...
I would use the same pads I recommend in my article here,
How to choose and use a one-step cleaner/wax by Mike Phillips
That is the RUPES Yellow or White foam pads.
And be sure to do a test spot first and make sure you're not seeing any micro-marring from the pad or the product or the combo before buffing out the entire vehicle.
