The EN needed a wash, off & on spotty rain on Sat & Sun, time to get after it
Today's RW choice was Labocosmetica Idrosave RW, yet ANOTHER quality, hyped up products this year and damn there's been a wave of GREAT RW's this year (Labocosmetica Idrosave, Gyeon ECO wash & ADS Hero)️
Like the other products menthioned, it's a great experience using Labocosmetica Idrosave to wash your car! It's slick and glossy, smells great and I enjoy using it
So the world tour of RW's continue, come on Deyon and Big Dave, let's get Nv to produce one for 2025, Nv is an incredible brand representing![]()

A rinse-less wash would be a very unlikely addition to the NV lineup.
The only fellow Australian I have come across using rinse-less would be Big Dave from here. Conveying with Aussies across several American and Australian based forums, every time the term "rinse-less washing" is mentioned, the daggers come out! It's a completely foreign concept, almost always misunderstood.
I will never use a rinseless wash, I get why they exist but if you have a place where you can rinse car with a hose or even bucket why would you ever use it. Would have to be my last and only choice to contemplate using it ever . I have too much paint sympathy
I just don't understand people using it when they don't have to. I wash my car with rainwater and the foam production is excellent compared to when I use hard Brisbane tap water, not to mention massively reduced water spotting. I can now give my car a quick wash occasionally when it's just dusty and go for a drive to dry it off with next to zero spotting. Good luck with the rain collection
If you pre rinse it aint rinseless. All Im getting from this is if your car is basically clean a rinseless wash is fine. If my car is basically clean I'm doing a touchless wash as I've described above. If/when circumstances change i will consider rinseless . but until then this vid changes nothing for me, its not for me atm
I could go on, but you get the gist. And so, if most of the buying public, including those into car detailing, can't see why rinse-less has merit, then investing money into developing an Aussie made rinse-less wash would be a financially poor move.
Bowden's Own did take a punt on one, which is called Dry Spell and has a surfactant-based formulation. I have tried it, very similar in feel to McKee's N-914 and DIY Detail Rinse-less. However, I don't think I have seen anyone using it across all of my forum and social media consumption. Good luck finding it for sale in the USA though.

Personally, I would like NV to invest in a tire cleaner or an alkaline wheel and tire cleaner to compliment Onyx. An interior quick detailer or cleaner is also missing from their lineup.
