I hadn’t thought of that, and while it’s a possibility, [because I’ve had those matts sitting outdoors in the backyard for almost 2 months and my cat does like to sleep on them] I’d say that it’s highly unlikely, because my cat doesn’t have any stupid habits such as spraying pee on things in order to mark her territory. She’s never peed on anything. She doesn’t throw up hairballs either...

But I dunno what cat spray looks like. If that’s what it looks like then it would’ve came from another cat, and there has been another cat coming into the yard lately... Surprisingly this is the only cat that my cat doesn’t seem to have a problem with. My cat lets this cat walk right through the backyard even next to her without a problem. I took a picture of it last night because it was wearing an E Collar. Lol.

I don’t know who that cat belongs to but it seems pretty cool and my cat doesn’t mind him.
 
@Klasse Act. Dude, now you have me thinking.... A few weeks ago I was having an issue with some strange re occurring stains happening with the matts from my new Cadillac. I washed them the same way I just washed these, outside and left them outside to dry overnight.... Except with those I know for a fact they were perfectly clean when I last saw them, but when I would return after leaving them out to dry I would come back to them looking like this.

It happened like 3 times it was driving me crazy! I was going to post about it but I was being stubborn because I seriously had no idea how it could be happening. I made sure I was leaving them surgically clean...

...And the next morning... I’d wake up to those dumb brown mysterious stains. I finally decided to quarantine the matts in a secure drying spot. That’s why this picture was taken with the matts in my trunk. Lol.

I tried to put my nose to the stain and it had sort of a burned smell to it. I can’t quite describe it much better than that because I’ve never really smelled anything quite like that before. It wasn’t a good scent.

Maybe you figured it out without me ever having to ask. Lol. If so that’s a funny coincidence for it to turn out that way.

And I wouldn’t be surprised because cats are stupid in the way that they love matts! Well at least my cat does, she’s obsessed with car matts!

Getting closer on these.
I really dont understand the grayish looking matte black craze.
I wished they would offer a satin black finish without an upcharge for powder coat.

You can see the difference from the outside barrel and face/inside barrel.
Far from perfect but closer to what I want.

A little hand rubbing with Essence before an Eraser wipe down and CQuartz UK3, just because.

Oh yeah,,,,,not for the meek. 30+hours and still going.

Please tell me you have 1 wheel that you haven’t touched yet? If so can we see a side by side before/after?

I’ve got them drying in direct sunlight, and I’ve got my cat laying behind a bush on guard with strict orders to attack any cat who might wander in the yard with intentions of peeing on my matts.lol.

That cat better not get caught trying to pee on my matts... Because I will catch his Elizabeth collar wearing butt and he’ll earn himself a firm slap in the booty if I do.lol.

Check out these homemade doohickies.
I sacrificed a gray LC Force pad. Use a 1 1/2 hole saw by hand,drill a 3/8 hole and 5 minute JB WEld epoxy. The dowels came from a small foam brush.
I used FG400 or whatever it's called. That and 2 Mothers power cones( 1 trimmed) and assorted cut up pad material.

Now if Lake Country could sell something like this that wasn't ungodly expensive for a drill, it would be a win win.

This is crazy and it sucks... I’m out of ideas. There’s only 2 possibilities left that I can point to.. The water? Pretty unlikely. The cleaner? I’m at a loss.. This ain’t wicking right? No way.
 
I did a maintenance wash on my EcoBoost Mustang, full vacuum, glass (inside & out) and full interior wipe down using McKee's 37 Fast Interior Detailer.
Tomorrow taking a trip to the dealership to look at a few GT's (finally!). Bringing a friend with me with a cooler head than mine... :)

Are the stains the same on the other side too?

First wash my newest upgrades
100 ft pw hose from Obsessed Garage and their Mosmatic swivel gun

I've tried 4 pressure wahse hoses. This one is by far my favorite so far. Very flexible. Easy to reel up and unroll. Very smooth. Slides on the floor very easily.

The mosmatic gun is great too. The swivel works so smoothly!

Fun upgrades for my wall mount sunjoe spx9004 setup!!
