It was just 2 days dusty so a simple Auto-Fanatic foaming wheel cleaner used on the rims and rinsed off. I then foamed the car with TW Ice snow Foam, let dwell and rinsed away. I've got Griot's Garage 3 in 1 Ceramic on there right now, about 2 weeks old and it repels the soap...BIG TIME! The beading during rinse was crazy but I then used free flowing water and it just didn't stick, LOL. Dried off the ES, then dried the rims and topped off the tires w/VRT. I've been using VRT the past week, buddy of mine gave it to me months and months ago and it's actually a pretty damn good product. I haven't been in the rain with it on my tires but doesn't matter, plenty of stuff on those tires! I used it last week to dress my interior vinyl as well as rubber moldings, very adjustable product from a gloss/sheen/satin aspect.
Tomorrow I've gotta a Jeep Grand Cherokee to do a mini detail on, it's the one I washed last Sat after that VERY GREEN ZL1. I'll be doing a nice tires/wheel clean and protect, then a pre-foam and rinse w/ 303 carwash, 2BM using 303 carwash soap, rinse and more pre-foam so I can clay with Griot's Garage medium clay mit, rinse and dry. Then I'll use my Mini Master Blaster to get all the crevices blown out, the tires/wheels, grill, etc and a final wipe with the Griot's Garage PFM. THEN I'll be applying a graphine product I'm beta testing, these guys aren't rushing to market with it, they want it to be RIGHT, stay "tuned" Oh yeah I'll be dressing the tires with TW tire coating...remember that stuff
