What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

Come on, a little more effort is required.

I wiped the dust off my instrument cluster.

Did you at least shine the driver's seat with your butt?

-BH Surfex/worked awesome on white walls
-Chief steamer/whole lower bike
-Purple on Chrome
-Rupes iBrid 2" and 1" yellow foam w/DAFINE
-Jescar Ultralock Plus
-Perl 1-5 on seat and plastic
First and last bike bike I'll ever do:nomore:
These picture for some reason really don't do justice. On my PC they look like the were professionally shot. And just used older iPhone 12 Pro

Knocked out that Tire & Wheel cleaning the EN needed, 3 brushes and TWHS Hyper Foam took care of it. I also pre-treated the car with some old, left over WW "just because".

Once I got home I noticed a package on our porch...I'm being swayed by "the Darkside", pics coming soon and there's also a fresh bottle of Bilt-Hamber AutoWash in there too

I find the gels harder to apply so it would have to be much longer lasting than a non-gel (such as DG 253) for me to consider it. But looks good.

It's a thinner gel, hate the pump that comes with it but thankfully I save all flip up capsWe'll see how it goes for durability, not sure if 30 degree temps effect durability during application though

Jacked up the 2014 Accord and pulled the wheels off and tried some of my new Meguiar's D143 Wheel and Tire Cleaner (2:1 mix). Then did a very light polish on the faces. I really liked the D143. I've tried 1 or 2 other Tire and/or Wheel cleaners but this stuff worked great for my application. I'll be sticking with it. I'm going to try a 3:1 or 4:1 for my next mix. My wheels are in pretty good shape and don't require anything too aggressive. Very Happy!

Wetsanded and polished out the wife's headlight lenses. Applied GTechniq CSL when done.

I gave the Qashqai a wash, 2B with Reset, I really love that stuff, I thought about just doing an ONR wash inside the garage, it was quite hot outside, but there was some random cloud cover. I did the wheels with Bowden's Wheely Clean, not much reaction on the rears, but the fronts, which looked ok, showed there was a lot of brake dust I couldn't see. Moved inside to dry it, used TWHS Ceramic Wet Wax as a drying aid. Still need to put something on the tyres, and I may go over it with NV Jet or Lustre later.

Wash the truck today and tried out 303 Protectant on the exterior plastics and tonneau cover. So far, it looks great without a lot of gloss. Let's see how long this lasts. Paint is PA cosmic, love the glow it gives.

Finished off the Qashqai today, Autoglym Instant Tyre Dressing on the tyres, decided to put some NV Jet on the wheels, I don't know how long it will last, I'll call it an experiment. Then went over the whole car with NV Jet as well.

Nice work! I don't think Pooch appreciates it though.

48 in in PA, so no complaints. Felt good to get outside and get some of that fresh air! Knocked off that winter filth. Finished with TWHS Flex wax as a rinse wax. BTW that Dr. Beasleys dash pro is keeping that interior stellar!

Foamed the car first with Griot's Snow Foam in the SPTA foamer. Seemed to do little to nothing. Then a 2BM wash with Hyperwash.

Tuf Shine on the tires and Megs Non-acid on the wheels. Applied Griot's Ceramic tire dressing on the tires. Let's see how it holds up.

Then did a quick RW on the WeatherTechs. Then blew them off with the EGO.

I think I bought Dash Pro because of one of your posts. I have one car with it and one without and certainly noticed a difference today while cleaning up the "pup mobile transport". Good stuff and I'm pretty sure that bottle will last me for years.

After what seems like a month, I ran the EN through the touch-free wash today. There was so much salt on the side that it had height I didn't have my trusty IK Foam Pro 12 filled with one of the Bilt-Hamber duos as I went straight from work but surprisingly it came out great

This weekend it's going to be even warmer and I'll be using the Bilt-Hamber pre-wash then but will wash the EN again tomorrow after work...time permitting, it's been very busy at work

Met my buddy Marsen at "The Bays" in Wheeling Illinois this afternoon. It's an indoor carwash, the first hour is free and then it's like 45 for 2 hrs or something like that.

We did a good pre-wash (Bilt-Hamber Touchless)/2 BM wash on his EN, looks like mine except he wrapped his roof. I brought along DIY Detail Quick Beads to finish it off and we really liked how it worked out

I was DROOLING over that RS6 Avant
