What did you do today, in regards to detailing?

opine, Thanks for the info. I’m also curious as to why that happened to you.

I tested them both, together and separate. For what defects are present 45 has given me satisfactory results. There still may be some rids present but im only doing a one step.

Also these are pretty smeary and grippy feeling polishes. Not really caring for it so far. Reminds me of menzerna.

If i wipe after with wax/grease remover it wipes nice and clean. But thats not the point of this product.

The owner is not like us as far as our wash techniques. So its gonna need it again in the future, This i know for sure lol.

This is the 2nd time its been paint corrected and ceramic coated since being painted 2 or 3 years ago now i think. The first pro shop that coated this truck left a couple nice high spots lol.

#### happens, but for what he paid for the work...its unacceptable in my opinion.

You need to work then longer than a regular polish for an easier wipe off.

My Father in Law asked for an oil change on his 2010 SS. Well, it was in need of a wash. So 3D Pink shampoo, Meguiars D143 on the tires and wheels/barrels did the trick. Dried with a PFM and hit the door jambs with Griots Speed Shine. Love that stuff.

I’ll dress the tires tomorrow morning after I change the oil. After that I’ll do a vacuum and wipe down of the interior and send it back home. I still love the Inferno Orange paint.

Last night drove into and out of rain, so this morning I knew I'd be cleaning up the EN...in the parking lot, no touch-free wash, yet

I started with the tires, wheels and wells and for I opted for Alien Kleen @3:1 in one of my IK foamers. As expected it did an awesome job, all 4 brushes knocked it out! While wet I decided to top up the wheel protection with a mix of Pure:est spray on, hose off and DIY Detail Quick Beads as the later was low in the bottle (I have a full one in stock) Anyone not using some form of spray on, hose off protection on their rims are missing out

For the wash I decided to try something different this morning in the terms of doing a RW. I have a bottle of DG RW mixed w/TW hoseless wash (remember that stuff). Mixed together its a lavender color, smells and great and did a GREAT job of cleaning the EN based off of my rinse bucket water, really surprised me

Once all dried up I turned my attention to the interior. Did a quick vac of the mats and sprayed some P&S eucalyptus interior scent down (15:1 ratio, next time I'd go 14:2) and it smells VERY nice and fresh!

Next were all the Alcantera bits and for this it was DIY Detail Interior Clean and Protect and my Colourlock brush. This seemed to bring up the short pile of the Alcantera nicely. Once done with that I grabbed the Gyeon Leather Coat, almost finished off that bottle, about 2 more rounds in it. Applying it was kinda unnecessary as with each swipe of it on the leather bits it was beading and being fought off, LOL (yes, I have a problem)

Oh and btw I used some leftover RW from the wash to clean the engine bay using my IK sprayer, no worries, that knock sensor wasn't harmed during the process

Speaking of the touch-free wash, this is where it comes in handy as it's going into the low 90's to start the week and mid 90's mid-end of the week, it's all about convience and they'd better figure it out

Oil changed, tires dressed with Duragloss 253, interior vacuumed, seats done with Blackfire Leather Complete, the rest wiped down with Adam’s Cedarwood Interior. Oh and invisible glass for the windows.

It's been about 3 weeks or so since my last wash. Truck was pretty dirty from quite a few miles put on it the last several days.

I used BH Touchless in my Marolex Sprayer. Hot water. Followed up with Carpro Descale and Gyeon Wet Coat. Came out very good. The BH Touchless removed more than I expected even with just using a hose. Took the bugs right off. Descale cleans very well too and that was my follow up.

Being Roman Catholic, that sounded like a confessional...

"Forgive me father for I have sinned. It's been 3 weeks since my last car wash".

Took the g/f's Cruze to the touch-free wash where I did a pre-wash consisting of an ounce of Nv Snow and an ounce of DIY Detail Incredible Suds and it came out great️I applied some Pure:est tire dressing to her Continental DWS06's and hit the wheels w/ Bilt-Hamber QD for a little extra boost

So we've got a 5+ year old Cruze here and it goes through the touch-free wash once a week for quite some time w/o a problem...hmmmm

Just finished the first wash after redoing my wife’s SUV with CSL and ExoV5 thanks to the body shop doing more damage than they fixed. For everything they fixed they messed up two things in return. But, I must say that ExoV5 beads water beautifully. V4 was very nice but I can at least see a difference between the two.

PS - If you look very close the front half and back half are different shades. Excellent job Caliber Collision on color matching.

Nice job. If you don't want them I will take them off your hands and put them to good use. They do take a small learning curve to use but worth it. You could have saved 30 mins and used them for something else.
