What did you do today non-detailing related?

Sundays are for my second favorite hobby - Lawn Care.

Well now you gotta show us a pic :). I love my grass and gardening too. During some home time w this pandemic I ripped out my entire front landscaping and redid it my way. Now we have some roses, hydrangeas, cat mint and bees pollinating all the time. My wife laughs at me because after the landscapers leave I still go out and do stuff to my lawn, hahaha.

I thought about going for a drive in the GT350. Put the battery tender, license plate and new registration sticker on the car. That’s as far as I got. Perfect sunny summer Southern California Sunday, and nope, didn’t drive it. 🤷🏻#♂️ 🤦🏼#♂️

Sprayed some “insta bonding technology” siO2 spray on the bathroom and kitchen counter tops.

I also realized I prefer not to use the actual names of detail products that Auto Geek doesn’t sell. (like...use a few words off the label or website description.)

Oh, I did scoop some horse apples and cleaned the stalls this morning. I drove the tractor, at least!

Also, why am I taking photos of ?

Who doesn't love a good mower photo shoot?

That's quite a collection there If those where on the old Top Gear Jeremy would say "...and we'll settle it with a drag race!"

If that were to happen, the grey Victa in the second row would win, I have to run to keep up with it in top gear.

Had a little time last week and I’m tired of seeing my garage so messy. So I cleaned it up a bit and hung my wolfgang banner up after 1.5 yrs of sitting there. Lol. Here’s a pic of my handy work.

Btw, the rest of the stuff in that pic got neatly packed and stored. It looks cleaner than that now. Still needs more work but it was a start.

And this is how it looks w the cars in there. I want to epoxy or do something w that garage floor too. Need something to improve my garage game :).

Nice 71' Chevelle

I'd say 2 in the Garage IS a stable but TWO black cars, where's the straight jacket

Funny that was only thing holding me back. In the end for the money it was the best car. Motor and tranny are immaculate. Paint needs a little work and body is straight as an arrow. Repainting a different color is a consideration.

A big block 71-72 has always been a dream of mine and before the black mustang a black and white or red and black were my color combos.... now just red and black.

And good eye knowing it was a 71!

What trans/rearend does it have? I'm born and raised in Detroit originally, so learned about cars before I started school. For those who don't know it's all in the front market lights, 71's have a split in them and the 72's were solid.
