what do i use for shampoo on cloth sats and carpet?

ok i have a shop vac and i dont know what use for shampoo i need to do a car this sunday and i cant order from auto geek because it wont get here in time, the seats is bad any water that goes on the saets will stain the seats, what can i use? and steps please i didnt shampoo seats and carpet before.. thanks

Sounds like more problems and work than any profit you can make from your time and efforts and if something goes wrong then you might have an unhappy customer.

When I come across people that "need" their interior cleaned for any kind of "problem" areas, I tell them to find an established Brick & Mortar detail shop that offers interior detailing and take it to them and let them have the blessing of working on it.


Sometimes you have to know when to walk away...

so mr phillaps what should i do should i get a ton of upholstry cleaner stuff and just repeat the steps?
 
Well I was kind of recommeding avoiding the project myself... :)


If you're dead set to do this job then see what's available for cleaning upholstery and before using on the face or major portions of the fabric test in an inconspicuous area first for color fastness.
