What do the Pro's Use

Exactly. I'm guessing the OP has never actually seen the cars in person. Stuff looks great on TV and in pictures. Viewed in person, its another story.

Don;t need TV. Just about any car with a good wax job will look great under bright lights from 40ft away.

I think the OP doesn't believe there isn't some "super secret, ultra finishing product of the pro's only available to those who know the secret handshake".
