What Do You Love About AUTOGEEK????

One thing I like is that they created this forum!!

The advise from experienced members is priceless.
 
Customer service. I can buy most of this stuff from other vendors who are closer but I get it here from Autogeek because of the way they treat people who spend money with them. They get it! Most of the staff live at Autogeek and never go home.

The forum. I love seeing rookies achieve outstanding results and I learn something from almost every thread.

Disposable income. I don't have to worry about what I'm going to do with spare money. I find something I can't live without 5-6 times a year. I can detail 30 cars and never use the same product twice. Is that bad?

I don't think that companies "overlook" customer service...it's just that oustanding CS is HARD WORK. How many times have you seen Nick or Meghan on the forum on a Saturday night responding to a problem? It's craziness.

Totally agree! What I meant by "overlook" is that they fail to realize that making your customers happy should be in my books number 1...after all today's economy is leaning more and more to a customer-market.
 
But AutoGeek is as they call it cream of the crop, and they are running the company very smoothly, Keep up the great work!
 
Passion for customer service. Great website. Mike's contributions both in technical articles and in setting the general tone here in the forums - helpful, professional, and respectful. Really, this is the only forum I can remember being a part of that doesn't get into pissing matches, beat downs, ego battles, etc., over time. I always look forward to coming here and seeing what folks have been up to.

3. Excellent customer service. (the term customer service includes so many things)
4. The online forum and that the fact y'all are very active on it.
5. Great sales...BOGO...VIP deals...free freight at times.

In this day and age customer service is pretty much non existent, sad but true, it is always refreshing to come across a company that gets it!! I'm sure y'all are going to continue to grow...can't wait til y'all open a warehouse in Dallas!! lol

On the subject of y'alls growth...since I couldn't find a listing for Palm Beach Motorsports I assume your a private company??

What's not to love about AG? Great products, outstanding people, top-notch forum, and respect for the customer.
 
The classes. If it were not for the classes, I would never have known all the things I need to spend money on to take care of my cars. Mike says if I will keep coming to classes for 10 more years, I may rise to the level of amateur detailer.
