My customer ask if I can do anything for his fender. I see it as clear coat failure. What do you guys think. View attachment 22399

Clear coat issue, like the above said gonna need repainted...
 
Like everyone said already the only way to improve the situation is to have it repainted. But maybe you could offer to put some kind of protection on the car so he doesn't have to have more panels repainted.
 
I would educate him here on what is the matter, but maybe give him/her a 5 percent discount when they come back to get them to come back to you
 
I told him I could make the car look brand new and it would save the rest of the paint which i didand he would only have to paint the fender. I did however make improvements which he was happy with but it was total clear coat failure. The car parks in the same parking space every day which allows the car to hit it for the last 5 years. I posted the b4 and after photo damage is not as noticeable but still there
