What forms are you using

Do you use estimate forms outlining what you will do for your customer and the price? How about custom receipts or any other forms you may use...

I was quoting a boat yesterday and I wondered how many of you use forms or just put the price on the back of a business card!

Thanks - David

I just use these two sheets one for my records (I also give a copy to the customer) and an invoice sheet. Make sure you write quote on the invoice sheet and make sure they know it's an estimate and prices could change up or down depending on the condition when you get there and what you uncover while you're working.

Those look absolutely fantastic. I have been thinking of doing the same sort of thing but have not had enough flow yet to need it.

No forms. I just quote them a price when I see them. If they pay by check they have a cancelled check as a receipt. If they pay by credit card they can have a receipt emailed to them.

I do a walk around of the car with the customer. I point out any damage I notice. I will photograph it just so I have a record that it was there before I took possession of the car.

Just a custom invoice, very similiar to scrace's. Looks very professional when you have a written invoice.

Very professional SCRACE. Good work! I am thinking of making some myself for my customers. Can you please tell me how you created them?

Thanks in advance
