What gives with no shipping information

I ordered a flex 3401 on 3/19 and needed it kinda of fast, and haven't received shipping information. I'm trying to track the shipping and there is nothing there? And of course customer service is closed...I've never had an issue with Autogeek also good service but I needed this fast. I'm not a complainer either, so I guess I'm disappointed this time. I may have to cancel this an order through another company if I don't get an answer on this.
 
i had a similiar situation happen to me too, I had to call a few days later and find out what was going on which isn't usually typical with AG (found out the item was on backorder). call and see what the status is on it, i'm sure they'll sort it out...
 
I didn't pay for express shipping but I figured that I would be able to track it.

In all fairness, you picked the one weekend where AutoGeek's spectacular customer service was otherwise engaged running a huge event - ie Detail Fest. Granted AG is still a business with customers outside of Detail Fest placing orders and expect prompt order/ shipping confirmations etc.

In short, I wouldn't let this customer service anomaly prevent you from placing future orders. I'm 100% positive Nick or someone will see this thread and follow-up with you directly (if they haven't) already done so. :dblthumb2:
 
I understand that but I've been calling them all this morning and I keep getting the after hours recording, they open at 9am, this has me really confused, and not happy. I need my product and if it's not in stock, this would a total waste of my time and money lost not to mention they item has been paid for.
 
I tracked down your order and upgraded the shipping to 2nd day air. You will receive the package on Wednesday (same day you would if it shipped out Thursday via ground).

You'll be able to track the package later this evening.

I received a callback because I wanted to switch out. And customer service did it with no issues. Thanks they have retained a loyal customer
 
Threads like these always make me laugh. Its funny seeing the anger and threats to "never buy again", then the AMAZING customer service comes through as always and provides an upgrade or something free and magically the customer that said theyd never order again, is happy. I always wondered why someone that is so unhappy doesnt just go elsewhere, rather than complain on a forum? Oh thats right....they want something for free.
 
You are a joke I never asked for anything free I just was confused on this so you should watch what you say and never post that nonsense in any of my post that is wrong
