What happened to my email notifications?

I'm not receiving email notifications for threads I'm subscribed to anymore.

The problem occurs for threads I've replied to as well as PM's. It's been happening for about two weeks now.

Even though I never changed any of my settings, I double checked them anyway, and they look fine. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

They seem to be back tonight. I think it had something to do with the recent server upgrade.

I'm also not receiving e-mail notifications to some PM's as well. It goes in and out. I had a few PMs that I didn't receive an e-mail for this morning. It also happened sometime last week. But it worked in the middle of those two incidents...

Ironically, I just got a notification for this thread! Go figure...

But it's still seems intermittent (not working for all threads).

I get sporadic emails about updates to threads that I'm subscribed to, but no pm notifications which is more important IMO.
