What have you used opti-coat for?

Ok im wanting you to think out of the box. What have you used opti-coat for? Boats? Motorcycle? Airplanes? Other wierd stuff? I want ideas and whether it worked or not?
 
Tried it on the dog - didn't work.




JUST KIDDING! Only used it on cars.
 
I thought about putting it on my phone. Might put it on my mowers this summer, commercial use.

I'd really like to know how many have used it on boats/gelcoat though.
 
yeah i was wondering the same thing about boats! i used it on my shower and so far the wife loves me for it lol
 
I mainly use it now on headlight restorations, 20cc goes a long long way
I applied it on co-worker's corolla and and still looks new for 9 months now and counting, the car is not garaged too and sits mainly in the Hawaiian weather.:props:

Nice! Do u have to get the headlights super shiny or does the opti coat gloss up?
 
Put it on my vinyl truck and trailer wrap. Looks amazing. Great beading too. We shall see how long it lasts...
 
Does it make the wrap hard to get off? And does it shine better?..... Nice to see your a neighbor too, I'm a southern Indiana boy

Don't now since I never plan on taking it off. With what I paid for it I'm hoping to get at least 5 years out of it. :)

Definitely makes it shine though, very impressed. Great beading so far too. I'm thinking it is going to last a long time.

very awesome idea! my step son is wanting me to put a coat on his jordans lol might be a new service to hit the internet lol....ok has anyone had any luck on a boat or aluminum?
 
has anyone used it sucessfully on a boat or aluminum wheels?
