What interior carpet cleaner to use?

Hey guys I am planning to use my DA polisher with the aqua cyclo brush on the interior carpet and fabric seats of a friends car. What carpet cleaner should I get for this? I need it to remove stains but to also give everything a good wash and clean. I am not wanting to just do spot removal but clean the whole carpet and fabric interior of the car.

Is there any difference between detailing carpet cleaner brands (like Meguires D101) and domestic carpet cleaning products like rug doctor, or some other carpet cleaning brand from Walmart??

Available at Home Depot and lots of supermarkets
 
I've recently switched from CG Fabric Clean and Folex to exclusively 303 carpet and upholstery cleaner. It is an amazing product that is heat activated there for excellent with steam.

Do you need to dilute the Folex with water? How far would a 32oz bottle get me if I was using it to spray the entire carpets, seats and upholstery of a car?

Is Meguires D101 still a good product?
 
Another vote for folex you can dilute this product to either 1:1 or 1:4 or use it straight
