Has anyone tried this product yet? Lexol 3-1 leather cleaner.....I was looking at Leatherique....but kinda costly for both bottles...step 1 and step 2

The other Lexol Leather cleaner/conditioners are fairly mediocre in my experience. So I'd be a little wary of trying it. I think AG has a small bottle for like $7 though. Might be worth a shot.

Aside from Leatherique I like Optimum Leather Protectant. Works great on leather and both interior and exterior plastics.

For cleaning, I have been using Four Star Leather Cleaner. It is a soapy type cleaner.

I like Einszett LeatherCare for monthly care. I have used Leatherique annually and its quite messy but does seem to clean real deep indeed.

I have heard the new Meguiars Leather treatment is great. I am still waiting to try it !

I use only Leatherique and I like how it clean the seats.

Hey Wendell,
What kind of cars will you be using it on? If it is your own... I would get the Leatherique pristine clean. You don't nec. need the rejuvanator oil. It did a great job cleaning my leather.... and now I just condition them every two weeks with Zaino Leather in a Bottle.

PS- GO CATS! We are going to murder LSU today!

Ive been using Surf City Garage VooDoo Blend and i got nothing bad to say about it

i was using meg's Gold class Leather cleaner/conditioner spray before and didnt like it

Pinnacle made quick work of my dirty leather recliner.

PB Leather Stuff
Pristine leather cleaner
Lexol leather conditioner/cleaner

I am certainly no pro at this but I like Lexol. I also use a magic eraser to lightly wipe it down. The Lexol conditioner works really well, I think.

The Lexol is great. I bought a liter of both the cleaner and the conditioner. Haven't tried the 3 in 1. I've also tried the 1Z and like it a lot as a conditioner. Works great as a light cleaner but for heavy work I would use a dedicated cleaner first. It's not that it doesn't work good as a cleaner just that you could probably get rid of just as much dirt if not more with the Lexol cleaner. I bought the leatherique and from what I read that is the way to go for the best intense cleaning and conditioning. Haven't used it yet. waiting on the weather to warm a little more

I use Megs APC+ at 10:1 with GREAT results. Then i follow with lexol leather conditioner.

I used Lexol but switched to Wolfgang's cleaner and their conditioner, Love it, smells like brand new again.

That reminds me... Love the smell after I use 1Z smells like brand new again

These days I've been using Leather Master products. They have a kit that gives you everything you need for cleaning, feeding the leather and protecting it, and I'm very satisfied with it.

A question, is it pointless to use Rejuvenator Oil on coated leather? I have a 2001 BMW 540 and if the leather is finished with some type of protective coating, can the Oil even get into the leather to condition it.

Last night I was reading a leather cleaning and conditioner FAQ on this site which I can no longer find. If I remember correctly they liked Hide Creame, Pinnacle cleaner and conditioner, Wolfgang products and Lexol products. I was thinking of buying the Pinnacle 79.95 kit that includes the vinyl cleaner but the vinyl cleaner smells of vanilla and almonds. I want no smell or a new car smell.

This thread talks about the good qualities of products what about the down side such as which ones are hard to apply or clean up or smell not so good. Or how frequently they need to be applied?

Is Pinnacle a rip off?

h.
