what is the best coating to try

For ease of application and a great look you can pick up Optimum Gloss Coat which is sold through Autogeek.

I've used McKees 37 and pbl surface coat. Both are as simple as a spray wax.

I have used CQuartz for the first time this last week and think its great. I still like the Duragloss because it is a spray instead of a dropper and it is quite a bit less expensive. Lasts 2 years pretty easily too.

I've only tried two coatings, but this would be my vote. More simple and faster than applying a wax or sealant.
