what is the best wax

That is when I nice side by side comes in handy. Same surface, same prep, different LSP. I've noticed a difference in products when done this way.

I've clean and prepped the hood of my SUV, and added Wolfgang 3.0 on one side, and Z-2 (by itself) on the other. Wolfgang is the slickest, but will it last as long? I guess we'll see. That is, unless I get bored and decide to try another product.

Zaino will win the length of protection in my opinion, still about the longest product made. I too never get to the end of any wax/sealant as always got the bug to try something else.

Duragloss 105 and AW are slick as heck

prep, prep, and more prep is the key. Once that finally sank into my head the LSP of choice was which one was easiest to apply/remove. That being said Optimums Opti-Seal hands down is the easiest, apply and walk away.
