What is the Diff between S100 & P21S

10x

10 X was for only to illistrate. Bottem line is the better the wax the longer it last. I have used Mothers Gold and it was a pain to remove. I used the can for about 30 times on my 86 IROC Z it lasted pretty good. I would say canwould have lasted double that before I gave it away. However I do rememer that Car and Driver listed the Alliance as best car of the year.Turtle wax and Consumers parish the thought. Like I said for illistration purposes.

Brian:awesome:

For year I used Liquid Glass, I still like it however it contains sillicants which I do not like for they magnify the suns rays. Not good in my opinion to maintain the paint on a vehicle. For as much some folks like Asian cars for the supposid dependabilty of them, I would remid of the sluge factor on Toyotas and the varing recalls of said product as well as some of the scheduald routine maintenace that cost your wallet. Does anyone use Mobile one as a oil? Great product and one of the best. However Mobil does not take into account the load on a engine .

Bottem line is whatever you like and woks for you.:righton:

I'll preface this post by saying I'm not helping this thread one little bit (I'm as guilty as the next) but I found it to be rather amusing. It started by asking for the comparison of two products, S100 and P21S. So far in this thread we have discussed: DP Max Wax, Pinnacle Liquid Souveran, Natty's Blue, Consumer Reports, Turtle Wax, Cingular, CNET, Trane Air Conditioners, Mother's Gold, Car and Driver, the Alliance, Liquid Glass, Toyota's and Mobil One. Oh yeah and a little good information on the the subjects from the topic. Talk about wandering a little bit. Thank you 3Dog for steering this ship in the right direction. :D

I agree with Gearhead. I posted the orginal thread. Beeing a newbie to the forum and not really a car buff until I bought a 1yr Black Range Rover HSE and needed to figure out how to remove the cowebbing scratches and to learn proper cleaning techniques, I spent many hours reseaching the forum and I have noticed most of the threads wander off the subject. It's somewhat of a distraction when researching a topic when someone really doesn't reply to the original thread? and replies by pushing another wax or polish. There are plenty of threads which are titled 'What is the best wax or polish' that a reply like that would be appreciated. I was just using the above as 1 example. That being said, I think a little more structure in the forum would help broading your audience and make non-car people into car buffs.
