What is your best filler? I use BlackHole but..

If you like using Black Hole why not just pick up a bottle of White Diamond and switch based on the color of the paint?

Haha maybe where I live, people don't pay as mush as in your hood!

I like to use filler to replace really fine polish ( Because I did SSR2.5, i should do SSR1 then LSP. well I just do SSR2.5---Filler-- wax). I mean when you get paid for a 4hrs job, you can't wash the car, clay do 2 stage of polish and then wax!

Maybe I can see why you are not getting the money if you are saying things like "in your hood." Try using a better polish and technique and you might not need to use a filler and then just go over it with a finishing polish. Look at it like this, after the customer washes the car the first time and sees all these scratches again what are they going to think. You might be losing repeat business. Just giving you an idea, change your approach to the customer and the way you detail the car. This way maybe you can step up your pricing and your type of clientel.

I agree but at the same time I don't. I live in canada where 6 month out of 12 it's full of salt and 2 feet of snow everywhere. Most of the car will need a detailling each year. People don't want to pay more than 150-200$ or else they won't do it. And If the customer ask me for a 1 step polish. I will do it and try to enhance it. Even if it only last 1 month,it's better than nothing. And I never hide the truth about Black Hole.

Anyways, I have no problem with the fact that you give your opinion but can we stay on topic now please.

I hear what you are saying but I know several detailers in Canada and they do not have the problem that you are having with the money being spent on a detailing. This is why I suggested what I did to try and help you. I not trying to take this off topic but trying to give you an option to up your game and move up the paying detail scale.:xyxthumbs:

So are you saying PB SSR line is not a good polish line? or only good for PC work?
