Simple, what is your favorite all time glass cleaner?
Does not need to be sold here on AG.
Please comment on if you've used it in the sun and if it streaks in the sun.
What kind of towel(s) do you apply it with?
Technique?

I've only used Megs NXT glass cleaner before AG, but it streaked in the sun rather easy.

Since then, I've only bought DP Krsytal Vision off any online vendor and like it. I always apply w/ Cobra WW glass towel. Works well, but I've been getting some streaking lately in anything above 78*s.

I'm looking to possibly try something new.

DP Krystal Vision with a cobra ww glass towel is number 1. Second choice is Stoner's Invisible Glass with the same towel.

I'm interested in trying the Diamonite product.

I was thinking about this just today when I was looking at Stoners Invisible Glass, or something like that on the shelf at the store. I use 80/20 Isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber.

I like (and only use) Stoner's Invisible Glass used with the cheap Sams Club microfibers.

Stoners Invisible Glass. It has been consistantly good for me. In fact so good that I haven't even tried others. Here's how I use it: Light spray, Cobra WW Glass Towel, wipe vertically, wipe horizontally, done. It has never streaked in the sun. The only streaking I've ever seen with SIG is on really oily inside of a windshield and that's gone with a second app.

Stoner Invisible Glass with the red silk edged, yellow WW MF Sonus towels, they work wonders on glass.

I just got that in the mail, and used it while detailing my neighbors Dodge Dakota. It was great while I used it in the garage but in the sun it had streaks :(

Maybe cause I used the wrong towel? I used a Cobra Micro Fiber towel(brand new).

Stoners Invisible Glass with Cobra window glass towel...

Sprayway is what you will find in most body shop's
It's a great cleaner for the price.

:iagree: :iagree: with DP Krystal Vision and Stoners. Cobra WW MF only. Use it one, then wash. Using it again might cause streaking.
I do want to see a little review on Diamonite. Anyone tried it yet?

Coastal (cheapo of Stoners sold @ AutoZone) Works as good for a fraction of the price of Stoner's.

spray way four pack from costco...its like 5 bucks...

Adams glass cleaner with a close second going to DP with Cobra Glass microfiber. With the Adams GC, my 13 year old daughter will ask if she can wash the windows because she likes it so much. Strange child.

Sprayway cleaner with a Glass MF works good for me..also a glass cleaner we get at work called System One glass and Window cleaner...works as good as Sprayway and cheap by the case at a Janitorial supply ....

When cleaning glass IMO using a Cobra Glass Towel is a MUST have. As far as glass cleaners I'll rank the ones I've used for you . . .

1. NTS7 Glass Shield (AWESOME stuff and never streaks although no one seems to talk about it)
2. Sprayway Glass Cleaner
3. Stoner's Invisible Glass
4. Meguiar's NXT Glass Cleaner
5. Eimann Fabrik Clear Vision II
6. Eagle One 20/20
100. Windex

I was thinking about trying this. I'm going to give their clay bar a shot (400gram for $17.99), so I think I'll pick up a bottle. I was waiting to see if someone would mention it on their own.

I've yet to try Stoner's, but I don't know how cost effective it is. On average, how many vehicles do you think you can do w/ one can?

The_Magus: How is that Megs cleaner? I would love to try, but don't want to try an entire gallon. What do you use to dilute it? Since the end producs HAS to be able to be streak free, I would assume distilled water is the only choice. Let me know how it works for you in the sun and if you've used anything to compare it too.

Damnit Mikey, why couldn't you have tried DP, since that's the only I've used! I'd be interested in hearing where that ranks for you.

We all know towel is crucial, but what about any tricks where the glass is smoking hot, literally. Spray on the glass or spray on the window?
What good tricks are their for the inside besides patience and time? I think I'm going to pick up that one tool w/ the 3 different bonnents meant to clean the inside of the windows, it's in a triangular shaped head.
