What I've Learned (Warning: Long)

Almost forgot about this, but thanks to all. Great community here. Nice to be able to learn so much. Mikes got to be one of the nicest guys ever and I enjoy reading his posts. He taught me a lot.
 
Wow! That's one of the best articles I've read. And you've answered a BIIG question for me. Are the $200+ waxes/polishes/sealants something I should consider for my personal use....... Nope :)
I have only one car which of course is my DD and I keep it in reasonably good condition and have been toying with buying the more expensive polishes, now I have my answer. It's just not for me..... for some, yes, but, for an average Joe like me it's not money I need to spend.

I'm getting ready to start...biggest problem I had was water and what was best direction to achieve spotless as hard water is a problem in San Antonio as well as 100° weather but another senior member told me go waterless and it looks like he's had great success with it so I ordered some and I'm excited to try but I still want to hear others thoughts on it

Optimum No Rinse + Pop up canopy = no issues.

I use it, I like it.

Good luck.
 
Or use rinseless with distilled water. Not too expensive if bought at Walmart or grocery store. Have hot, dry weather and really hard water here too.
 
If I didn't know any better it seems everyone's waterless and I'm the last to know haha(and I have been really stressing about a water softener and ro system)...thanks
