What kind of computer is everyone using?

I have my HP laptop. My husband is Mr Computer, as he does that code for a living.
All I know is when it has issues it is time to get his help.

AMD computer with around a 2ghz cpu, I think 768 ram, various crap, 19" sony lcd
667 celron, various crap, 17" samsung lcd
1ghz duron, 768 ram, dvd burner, various crap, 17" samsung lcd
1.4ghz, 15.4", 512 ram laptop

First two my wife and I use, next two are our old ones that the kids use (not in their rooms) and the laptop we use on the road as our gps and I use so I can get out from behind my desk. Everything is networked on a 15mb down / 2mb up cable connection.

Tiger Direct is excellent for computer stuff, but I find it to be a little on the expensive side. I recommend www.pricewatch.com You can find pretty much the same stuff, for cheaper! There's where I'm buying my stuff for me new comp...
