As the title states what pressure washer are you all using? Id like to purchase one in the near future without breaking the bank. Also if it can be purchased locally that would be nice too. Thanks :buffing:

I picked a Cleanforce 1800psi electric PW from Home Depot a few months ago. I got it to PW the garage without the fumes from my gas PW. I liked using it and ended up using it to PW the cars. Its nice not having to pick up or carry gas.

Karcher X Series 2000PSI unit - so far so good. You can also find an 1800PSI version for cheaper.

I'm testing both model greenwork and cleanforce. they r both 1700 psi and 1.4 gpm. I like the greenwork hose is easier to handle and better. The cleanforce cord storage reel is nice. Only had them a week. they r both good, but I liking the Green work a little more right now

Karcher X-Series K 5.540 2000psi

Very pleased with it save for one thing: It really needs some forward facing "feet" to keep it from trying to tip over sometimes.

I use it often with an AG Foam Cannon fitted with a K-series adapter.

Thank you everyone with the feedback

I was going to get a gas powered one for a good deal, I turned it down and borrowed the green works 1700 psi and used my mtm hydro cannon. Great for cars, fences, side housing, and driveways. Ran it for 2 hours no problems

I have a couple.

Electric Snap-On 2200psi. Got it from Costco (third one) so that when IT FAIL TOO I can just return it and get another. I have modified it to accept all the hoses, wands, and accessories from my gas powered one.

Gas powered Karcher 4500psi. My big work horse. 13hp Honda engine. I have a top mounted reel with a 100 foot hose on it. Makes it very easy to pull out and get going. Everything that goes on it is quick release. And interchangable with the electric one.

And one thing I use with both washers is a water filter on the inlet to prevent anything from coming down the garden hose and messing up the pumps.

My green works 1700 had been a workhorse for 3 years strong. I just picked up another one for $108. It was the display model.

I purchased the extra hose kit, since the one on it is kinda short for working on big vehicles. $30 well spent.

My old one has seen at least 200 hours of use, and began to not hold pressure. It would kick on randomly for short 1 second bursts. I had purchased the extended warranty, and realized it was still in effect till next February.

So I'm gonna send it in and get it repaired or replaced and have a backup.

I'd recommend it to anyone.

I will be searching for a new power washing next season as well, my current and old has a ton of leaks and is not so powerful due to that :(
