What products/brands should Autogeek carry in 2016?

I would have to say the only thing I do not buy from AG/Autopia is MF towels. So my vote is different towels. I like TRC

Kirkland Sig towels. ;) maybe I'm the one who can find everything I need already? Some things I'd like to have when I order, seem to be out of stock. Otherwise I'm happy! :dblthumb2:

I'm seeing a trend in microfiber recommendations... And honestly I don't think it's a quality issue (AG towels are great quality), rather an issue with pricing. Though I haven't seen any 480gsm plush edgeless microfiber towels here.
I think the main issue is AG is selling towels for $8-13 a towel while the going rate at most other places is $4-7 for the same or similar towels. I know I'm being quite blunt in calling you out for this but I'm sure there are plenty of other people here who know when you order in quantities of 5000-20000 these towels only cost $1-2 each. I understand a 100% or even 200% markup (you do offer free shipping often and I know bulky towels can be expensive to ship) but a 500% markup seems a little off.
There's a thread right now talking about quantity vs quality. My opinion is that you could double or even 10x your volume if you reduced your prices to the market average. (Even 10-20% above market average would be okay, the AG customer service is worth paying for)

And I agree to the microfiber towels being overly expensive here. Adjust those prices if you can and your sales would definitely increase

In general, AG stock is top notch and with a good amount of breadth. There just ins't a lot of product gaps, IMO. That being said, there are a couple of things I would like to see in 2016.
  • Microfiber products - I've all but abandoned MF purchases from AG at this point. It's not that what is currently carried is poor quality. The quality is rather good (though not as good as competitors). It's that the price and options is very poor when considering competitors. I would love to see what you could do about this in 2016.
  • Power Tools - Yeah, this sounds very general, so let me explain. Obviously, AG is great with polishers. No problem there. What about vacuums, blowers, extractors, steamers, etc? Yes, you carry them, but in no way could it be considered a wide breadth as you only carry one, maybe two brands of each, if any at all. I'd love to see this expanded because I wouldn't think to go to AG for any of those things at this point, but I'd definitely love to.
I'll throw up a couple more when I have time, but they aren't too hard to come up with. We just need to ask ourselves, "What auto detailing products do we use repeatedly that we don't consistently buy from AG?" and suggestions are born.

BTW, I love that you started this thread. It's important that AG keeps an open, two-way dialog with its customers and having these very focused threads is a good countermeasure.

Edit: Another suggestion, but something more specific. Adam's. I like to see Adam's stuff on AG, particularly their deep wheel cleaner.

The only non AG products I use are Hex Logic pads, Zymol waxes, and Rag Company microfiber towels.

I haven't used any Adam's, but I really admire and respect Adam. If I wasn't so used to using the products I use, I'd try his just to support him. I just may in the future. He loves what he does, loves the country, and I can only respect that.

Armor all

Just kidding ;)

I would love to see Ammo NYC products in bulk and at a reasonable price. Say gallon size would be nice.
Hydrate would be my first choice, it's a unique product on the market and it would be a good addition to any detailer's arsenal.

I've used their car shampoo and H20 Guard & Gloss. Both are good products but not necessarily distinguishable from several other products you can get here.
